### POS 일괄 판매

[일괄 판매](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)는 실제 POS 단말기에서 발생한 판매 라인(즉, 판매 내역)의 모음입니다. 당사 시스템은 PurchasePlus의 올바른 재고 위치에서 재고 품목을 차감하기 위해 이러한 판매 라인을 일괄 처리합니다(일반적으로 날짜별로 그룹화된 CSV 형식).

간혹 하나 이상의 오류(대개 [POS 품목](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#POSItems)과 관련됨)로 인해 일괄 판매를 성공적으로 처리할 수 없는 경우가 있습니다. 이 경우 해당 판매 라인에 오류 아이콘이 표시되어 쉽게 식별할 수 있습니다:

이 오류 아이콘을 클릭하면 오류에 대한 자세한 정보가 표시됩니다. 문제 해결 단계는 아래의 오류 목록에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

### 오류 목록

#### 레시피 [레시피 이름]에 매장 위치에 존재하지 않는 원재료가 하나 이상 포함되어 있습니다

이는 레시피(POS 품목)의 원재료 중 하나 이상이 [매장 위치](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#POSOutlets)에 존재하지 않을 때 자주 발생하는 문제입니다.![recipeingredientnotinoutleterror](/images/docs/for-purchasers/troubleshooting-pos-batch-sales-2.avif)  
  
이 문제를 해결하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요:

1.  해당 매장에 연결된 재고 위치를 확인합니다. 먼저 일괄 판매 뷰에서 **[매장 이름]**을 클릭합니다:

    ..그런 다음 아래로 스크롤하여 매장에 연결된 **[재고 위치]**를 확인합니다:

    이 재고 위치를 메모해 둡니다.  
      
    
2.  일괄 판매로 돌아가서 **[POS 품목]**을 클릭합니다:

    ..그런 다음 아래로 스크롤하여 이 POS 품목에 연결된 **[레시피]**를 확인합니다:

3.  **[레시피로 이동]**을 클릭합니다:

4.  표시되는 레시피 원재료 페이지에서 원재료 이름과 P+ 코드를 메모합니다:

5.  **[재고] → [재고 위치]**로 이동하여 위 1단계에서 확인한 재고 위치를 검색합니다. **[위치 이름]**을 클릭합니다:

6.  검색창을 사용하거나(제품 이름 입력) **[코드로 검색]** 고급 검색 필터를 사용하여(P+ 코드 입력) 해당 위치에 있는 원재료를 차례대로 검색합니다:

7.  레시피의 원재료 중 해당 위치에 _없는_ 모든 원재료는 다른 위치에서 [해당 위치로 이전](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)(재고 이전)하거나 [발주서로부터 입고](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/receiving-goods-to-inventory)해야 합니다.  
8.  현재 이전을 통해 POS 품목 문제를 해결할 수 없지만 일괄 판매를 계속 처리하려는 경우, **[더 보기]** 메뉴를 클릭하고 **[삭제]**를 선택하여 해당 판매 라인을 제거합니다:

    **참고**: 판매 라인 삭제는 일괄 판매가 ['열림' 상태](/ko/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)일 때만 가능합니다.
