## Our Commitment

Marketboomer is fundamentally committed to upholding the dignity, well-being, and human rights of all employees and supply chain participants. We maintain zero tolerance for modern slavery and operate with ethical standards, integrity, and transparency.

We implement controls to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chain, despite not currently falling under Commonwealth _Modern Slavery Act 2018_ reporting requirements.

## Defining Modern Slavery

Modern slavery constitutes serious criminal activity that violates fundamental human rights. It encompasses coercive and exploitative practices that deprive individuals of liberty for gain, including:

* Slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labour
*   Human trafficking
* Committing offences to facilitate human trafficking
* Aiding, abetting, counselling, or procuring such offences

## Our Business and Risk Assessment

Marketboomer operates as a Software as a Service provider to the global hospitality industry, with the majority of operations based in Australasia. We have assessed modern slavery risk in our direct business operations and immediate supply chains as low.

## Our Supply Chain and Due Diligence

We maintain a comprehensive supplier register and conduct due diligence before engaging external services. All suppliers must confirm they operate safe, fair workplaces with no known human rights issues.

Supply chain relationships are categorised as:

1. Solution Providers (hosting, software, hardware suppliers)
2. Goods and Services Providers (consumables and equipment)
3. Recruitment Providers
4. Marketing and Brand Companies
5. External Advisors (legal, financial)

## Reporting and Remediation

### Reporting Suspected Instances

Staff may report concerns to their direct manager, the CEO, or the Founder.

### Remedial Action

Should Marketboomer become aware that any supplier does not meet our ethical standards, we will engage directly to develop a remediation plan. Non-cooperative suppliers face immediate business relationship termination.

## Training and Review

The Modern Slavery Policy is circulated annually to all staff. We provide employees access to government resources regarding suspected modern slavery or human trafficking.

## Annual Review Statement

In the past financial year, no reports of modern slavery or human trafficking have been received from employees, the public, or government agencies.
