# 库存库位

### 库存库位

库存库位可以代表您组织中存放[库存物料](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-stock-items)的实际物理位置，例如储藏室、仓库或厨房。 

库存库位还可用作库存[调拨](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)的始发地或目的地、在[收货单](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-receiving-notes)上接收库存物料入库的库位，以及进行[盘点](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-stocktakes)的库位。 

#### 库存库位与系统库位

某些库存库位是非实体的（即它们并不代表您组织中的储藏室、仓库或厨房等实际物理位置），这些被称为系统库位。系统库位仅用于出于会计核算目的向实体库存库位调入或调出库存（例如盘点期间的差异）。

### 查看和管理库存库位

拥有“管理库存库位”权限的用户可以通过在侧边导航栏中导航至 **[库存]** → **[库存库位]** 或 **[系统库位]** 来查看和管理其组织的库存库位和系统库位：

在此处，您可以在表格视图中找到所有库存或系统库位及其属性：

您可以使用“管理列”按钮自定义表格，或拖动列宽边框以符合您的偏好。

### 单个库存库位

在表格中点击某个库存库位或系统库位名称将带您进入所选的库存库位：

-   查看当前存放在该库存库位或系统库位中的库存物料，
-   查看存放在该库存库位或系统库位中的任何库存物料的更多详细信息，
-   查看将该库位设置为调拨始发地或目的地的任何待处理、已完成或已取消的调拨，
-   编辑该库位的设置。

### 创建库位

You can create a Stock Item by clicking the **[Create a Stock Location]** button on the **[Inventory]** → **[Stock Locations]** page.

创建新库位时，您可以选择创建库存库位或各种类型的系统库位。请谨慎选择，因为库位类型将决定可对该库位执行的操作：

### 库位中的库存物料

[库存物料](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-stock-items)可以存放在库存库位（及系统库位）中。

#### 查看库存库位中的库存水平

您可以在库存模块中的多个位置查看库存库位中库存物料的当前数量。例如，库存库位中 **[库存物料]** 选项卡上的“数量”列：

#### 管理库存库位中的库存水平

您可以通过多种方式管理保存在库存库位中的库存物料水平，例如：

-   创建[调拨](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)以在库位之间移动库存物料。 
-   当您收到供应商的交货时，在收货单上[将货物接收至库存](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/receiving-goods-to-inventory)。
-   完成[盘点](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-stocktakes)，并创建差异调拨以核算盘点中的差异。
-   设置 **PAR 水平**（定期自动补充水平），它定义了您组织希望在该库存库位中保留的此库存物料的数量。您还可以设置**再订货水平**，它定义了您组织希望将库存物料补足至 PAR 水平的数量（通常是最低可接受数量）。  
    在查看库存库位时，您可以通过将鼠标悬停在 **[库存物料]** 选项卡中的各个数值上来编辑 PAR 水平和再订货水平：

-   为了保持良好的数据整洁度，您还可以“清除所有零数量物料”，以便移除库存库位与库存物料（数量为零）之间的关联关系。当您希望从库存中清除不再使用的旧库存物料时，这非常有用。**请注意**：要移除库存物料，该物料当前还不能包含在该库存库位作为始发地或目的地的任何待处理调拨中。

#### 从库存库位创建请购单

您可以通过从库存库位创建请购单来快速补给该库存库位中存放的库存物料。

当您从库存库位创建[请购单](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-requisitions)时，所选库位中存放的所有库存物料均可供订购，并且如果满足以下条件，您将看到来自[供应商](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-suppliers)针对这些库存物料的所有可用报价：

1.  属于分配给该供应商的自主管理目录，或者
2.  已匹配到主商品，且该主商品也与您的库存物料匹配。 

只有存放在该库存库位中的库存物料才能添加到库存库位类型的请购单中。

#### 查看和调整库存库位中库存物料的价值

当您将货物接收至库存时，您可以记录订购或开具发票时的商品价格，或者您可以在此时[手动替换](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/override-unit-price-when-receiving)价格。该价值会在库存库位级别进行记录和平均，以便您全面掌握作为库存持有的库存物料的价值。

您可以通过查看 **[库存]** → **[库存库位]** 页面上的“余额”列来查看库存库位中所有库存物料的当前价值：

#### 从库存库位创建调拨

您可以通过导航到相应的库存库位，然后点击该库存库位顶部的 **[调出物料]** 或 **[调入物料]** 来从库存库位创建调拨：

系统将提示您提供参考编号、[调拨类型](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers#TransferTypes)，以及目的地或始发地（取决于您选择的是 **[调出物料]** 还是 **[调入物料]**），然后点击 **[创建调拨]**：

点击 **[创建调拨]** 将带您进入调拨页面，您可以在其中向[调拨](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)添加库存物料。

#### 从库存库位中移除库存物料

如果您想移除库存物料与库存库位之间的关联关系（例如，如果某库存物料在您的组织中不再使用），请在库存库位中找到该库存物料，并从 **[更多]** 菜单中选择 **[移除库存物料]**：
