### POS 批量销售

[批量销售](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)是在您的实体 POS 终端上产生的销售行（即销售数据）的集合。我们的系统会批量处理这些销售行（通常按日期分组，采用 CSV 格式），以便从 PurchasePlus 中正确的库存库位扣减库存物料。 

有时，批量销售可能会由于一个或多个错误而无法成功处理——通常与 [POS 物料](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#POSItems)有关。在这种情况下，带有“错误”图标的销售行很容易识别：

点击此“错误”图标可显示有关该错误的更多信息。您可以在下方的“错误索引”中找到故障排除步骤。

### 错误索引

#### 销售的配方 \[配方名称\] 中有一个或多个配料不在销售点库位中

当配方（即 POS 物料）中的一个或多个配料不存在于[销售点库位](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#POSOutlets)中时，通常会出现此问题。![配方配料不在销售点库位错误](/images/docs/for-purchasers/troubleshooting-pos-batch-sales-2.avif)  
  
要解决此问题，请按照以下步骤操作：

1.  确定与该销售点关联的库存库位。首先，在批量销售视图中点击 **\[销售点名称\]**：

    ..然后，向下滚动，直到看到链接到该销售点的 **\[库存库位\]**：

    记下此库存库位。  
      
    
2.  返回批量销售并点击 **\[POS 物料\]**：

    ..然后，向下滚动，直到看到链接到此 POS 物料的 **\[配方\]**：

3.  点击 **\[前往配方\]**：

4.  在打开的配方配料页面上，记下配料名称和 P+ 代码：

5.  导航至 **\[库存\] → \[库存库位\]** 并搜索您在上述第 1 步中确定的库存库位。点击 **\[库位名称\]**：

6.  通过使用搜索栏（输入产品名称）或使用 **\[按代码搜索\]** 高级搜索筛选器（输入 P+ 代码），系统地搜索该库位中的配料：

7.  配方中任何_不_存在于该库位中的配料，都必须从其他库位[调拨到该库位](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)（作为库存调拨），或者[通过采购订单接收](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/receiving-goods-to-inventory)。 
8.  如果目前无法通过调拨解决该 POS 物料问题，并且您仍希望处理此批量销售，请点击 **\[更多\]** 菜单并选择 **\[删除\]** 以移除该销售行：

    **请注意**：只有当批量销售处于[“打开”状态](/zh-cn/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)时，您才能删除销售行。
