# 建立組織

# 建立組織

### 建立組織

擁有「管理組織」權限的使用者，可以在側邊導覽列的 **\[組織\]** 區域中點擊 **\[新增組織\]** 來建立新的[非法人實體組織](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-organisations-part-1#LegalEntities)。

**非法人實體適用於您組織內部的部門，但不適用於新的採購方（即營業實體或物業）。**如果您想要建立新的法人實體（即採購方），請聯絡我們的支援團隊或您的客戶經理。

  

### 建立部門

  

首先，點擊 **\[組織\]** **→** **\[新增組織\]**：

您將會看到「建立新採購方組織」頁面。

輸入組織名稱。建議您遵循您整個組織中任何既定的命名規範。

然後，選擇一個現有的組織作為正在建立之組織的上層組織。您可以滾動清單或搜尋相應的組織。

建立組織後，您可能需要找到該組織來管理其設定（例如其送貨地址、發票核准工作流程等）。
