### POS 批次銷售

[批次銷售](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)是在實體 POS 終端機進行的銷售明細行（即銷售）的集合。我們的系統會批次處理這些銷售明細行（通常按日期分組為 CSV 格式），以便從 PurchasePlus 中正確的庫存位置扣減庫存品項。

偶爾，批次銷售可能會因為一項或多項錯誤而無法成功處理——通常與 [POS 品項](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#POSItems) 有關。在這種情況下，該銷售明細行將很容易透過錯誤圖示辨識：

### 錯誤索引

#### 銷售項目在配方 [Recipe Name] 中包含一項或多項不在該分店庫存位置的成分

若要解決此問題，請依照以下步驟操作：

1.  確認與有問題的分店連結的庫存位置。首先，在批次銷售檢視中按一下 **[分店名稱]**：

    ..然後，向下滾動直到看到連結到該分店的 **[庫存位置]**：

    請記下此庫存位置。  
      
    
2.  返回批次銷售並按一下 **[POS 品項]**：

    ..然後，向下滾動直到看到連結到此 POS 品項的 **[配方]**：

3.  按一下 **[前往配方]**：

4.  在產生的配方成分頁面上，記下成分名稱和 P+ 代碼：

5.  前往 **[庫存] → [庫存位置]** 並搜尋您在上方步驟 1 中確認的庫存位置。按一下 **[位置名稱]**：

6.  使用搜尋列（輸入產品名稱），或使用 **[依代碼搜尋]** 進階搜尋篩選器（並輸入 P+ 代碼），有系統地搜尋位置中的成分：

7.  配方中*未*出現在該位置的任何成分，必須從其他位置[調撥至該位置](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-inventory-transfers)（作為庫存調撥），或[從採購訂單收貨](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/receiving-goods-to-inventory)。
8.  如果目前無法透過調撥解決 POS 品項問題，而您仍希望處理批次銷售，請按一下 **[更多]** 選單並選擇 **[刪除]** 以移除該銷售明細行：

    **請注意**：只有當批次銷售處於[「開啟」狀態](/zh-tw/docs/for-purchasers/introduction-to-point-of-sale#BatchSales)時，您才能刪除銷售明細行。
