Priced per room, not per user.
PurchasePlus is priced on the size of the property and the modules you turn on, charged annually. Nobody is counting your logins, so everyone who touches procurement can be inside the controls. Here is exactly how the number is built.
Three things build the fee.
If you can answer these three, we can give you a real annual figure on the first call rather than after a discovery process.
Rooms, per property
The unit is the room, charged per year. A 120 room hotel and a 900 room resort are different businesses and should not pay the same, and a property with forty people ordering should not pay more than one with four.
Modules you turn on
Purchasing, invoicing and supplier statements are the core, and are cheaper taken together than separately. Inventory and recipe management are the two most groups add. Each can also be bought on its own.
Size of the portfolio
The per-room rate falls as properties get larger, and again across a portfolio. A single mid-size hotel and a national group do not buy on the same rate, and the banding is set rather than negotiated case by case.
What the annual fee covers.
- Unlimited users at the property. Chefs, receivers, GMs, finance. Procurement controls only work if everyone ordering is inside them, so we do not price in a way that encourages you to keep people out.
- Supplier onboarding. We do it, not you. It is the slowest part of any rollout and it should not become your team's project.
- Support and training. Including a training calendar your team can book onto directly.
- Platform updates. No version upgrades to pay for, no maintenance window to negotiate.
- Security and compliance. ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type 2 audited, GDPR compliant, aligned to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Priced separately, and quoted up front
- Connections to your ERP or accounting system, and to your POS. Charged annually, per connection.
- Implementation. A one-off, derived from the modules you take rather than invented per deal.
- In-person training. Optional, charged by the day, where a group wants someone on site.
We contract in Australian dollars, US dollars, British pounds and Singapore dollars. There is a minimum annual commitment, which most single properties clear comfortably.
Where most groups start.
Not price brackets. These are the three conversations we actually have, so you can find the one closest to you.
| Shape | Usually looks like | Typically starts with |
|---|---|---|
| Single property | One hotel, club or venue with several outlets. Wants ordering control and real COGS before anything else. | The core modules and one accounting connection. Live in weeks rather than quarters. |
| Multi-site group | A handful to a few dozen properties, a central finance function, and local practice that varies more than anyone would like. | Core plus inventory or recipe management, group reporting, policy set centrally and enforced per property. |
| Enterprise portfolio | National or international, several brands, an existing ERP, and a procurement policy already written but not consistently followed. | Full platform, phased by region or brand, integrations scoped before anything is signed. |
The questions we get asked first.
Why is there no rate card on this page?
Because the per-room rate depends on the size of your properties and the shape of your portfolio, and a headline number would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What we will do instead is give you a real annual figure on the first call, provided you can tell us your room counts, which modules you want, and what has to integrate.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is per room, per year, with unlimited users at the property. Charging per user encourages groups to keep people out of the system, and procurement controls do not work when half the people ordering are outside them.
Can we buy just one module?
Yes. Purchasing, invoicing and supplier statements can each be bought on their own, though taking the three together costs less than taking them separately. Inventory and recipe management are add-ons rather than part of that bundle.
Does a bigger property pay a lower rate per room?
Yes. The per-room rate steps down as properties get larger, and again for a portfolio. The banding is set rather than negotiated deal by deal, so two similar groups get similar pricing.
Is there an implementation fee?
Yes, a one-off, and it is derived from the modules you take rather than invented per deal. Supplier onboarding and support are part of the annual fee, not extra.
Can we start with one property?
Yes, and many groups do. Running one property properly for a quarter tells you more about fit than any amount of evaluation, and the commercial terms carry across when you roll out.
How quickly can we get a number?
On the first call, if you bring your room counts by property, the modules you are interested in, and the name of your accounting system. That is genuinely all we need to be specific.
