Procure-to-Pay
We started in 1999 with a simple idea, that hotel procurement was too manual, too disconnected, and too expensive. Two and a half decades, 40 million invoices, and 30,000 suppliers later, that idea still drives everything we build.
PurchasePlus was born out of Marketboomer, a company founded in Sydney in 1999 by Nathan Gyaneshwar, who understood hotel procurement because he'd lived it.
The vision was to replace paper-based, fax-heavy procurement with a digital platform built the way hospitality operations actually work, multi-property, multi-supplier, multi-currency, and always-on.
In 2026, that platform processes over 40 million invoices a year across some of the world's most demanding hospitality operations. Accor. Marriott. IHG. Qantas. Emirates. They chose PurchasePlus not just because of the technology, but because of what our team understands about their business.
A short film on the people, the problems, and the platform built to solve them.
Thousands of the world's leading hospitality buyers, connected to the suppliers they already order from.
Hospitality procurement isn't generic. We don't ask you to change how you work, we adapt to fit your workflows, approval chains, and ERP systems.
Overspending, supplier errors, budget blowouts, they're all visible in the data before they hurt you. Our job is to surface that data at the right time.
We personally onboard and support 30,000+ suppliers. That's why pricing is accurate and catalogues stay current.
